If you’re an enthusiastic, patient-focused Dental Nurse who loves variety, teamwork, and delivering exceptional care, this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a thriving, well-established practice.
We are a 6-surgery, mixed Private & NHS practice with a warm, supportive team of dentists, hygienists and nurses alike —and due to growth, we’re looking for another brilliant nurse to join our close-knit team.

📌 Role:

Dental Nurse
Employment Term: Full-time or Part-time (3, 4 or 5 days per week on a rota)
Hours: 08:30–17:30 (30-minute lunch)
Working Days: Monday–Friday (rota-based, some flexibility)
Type of Practice: Private / NHS
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £14–£16 per hour (higher end for added duties & experience)
Dental Software: Dentally
Treatment Mix: General Dentistry Implant Clinics

🦷 Your Core Responsibilities Chairside Excellence
  • Provide high-quality chairside support to dentists and hygienists.
  • Assist with a wide range of treatments, from routine check-ups to more advanced procedures.
  • Support the implant dentist during monthly implant sessions.
Sterilisation & Infection Control
  • Maintain a pristine clinical environment, following all cross-infection and HTM 01-05 protocols.
  • Sterilise, organise, and prepare instruments and equipment.
Patient Care & Communication
  • Welcome patients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit.
  • Deliver clear explanations and reassurance where needed.
  • Uphold a compassionate, patient-centred approach at all times.
Practice Support & Workflow
  • Keep surgeries well-stocked and running efficiently.
  • Update patient notes accurately on Dentally.
  • Assist on reception when required (experience desirable).
  • Be an active, supportive member of a hardworking nursing team.
✨ What We’re Looking For
  • GDC Registered Dental Nurse – essential
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • A warm, professional, and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively within a busy clinical team
  • Dentally software experience – desirable
  • Reception or front-of-house experience – desirable
  • Someone who values consistency, quality, and excellent patient care
