What Your Day Will Look Like
Working across five modern surgeries, you’ll be an integral part of our clinical team. No two days are the same — you’ll support a variety of treatments including implants, oral surgery, cosmetics, and aesthetics, giving you fantastic exposure and room to grow.
Your Core Responsibilities:
Hours: 08:30–17:30
Lunch: Paid lunch break!
Environment: Private, modern, well-equipped

What Your Day Will Look Like

Your Core Responsibilities:
- Delivering efficient, confident chairside support across all clinical areas
- Anticipating the clinician’s needs to ensure appointments run smoothly
- Preparing surgeries, instruments, and materials for each procedure
- Maintaining strict standards of infection control and cross-infection prevention
- Sterilising instruments and managing the decontamination room
- Updating patient notes and treatment details using SOE software (training provided)
- Ensuring stock levels are maintained and surgery rooms are pristine
- Providing reassurance and excellent communication to patients before, during, and after treatment
- Supporting the wider team with administrative or reception tasks when needed
- Upholding a calm, professional atmosphere — even on busy days

Essential Qualities:
- GDC Registered Dental Nurse
- Reliable, proactive, and able to “crack on” independently
- A naturally warm and approachable personality
- Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English
- Someone who takes pride in their work and contributes to a calm, organised environment
- Experience with SOE dental software
- Supportive, down-to-earth team who value each other
- Exposure to a broad mix of treatments
- An environment where your ideas and initiative are welcomed
