🗓️ Work Schedule – Balance That Works for You
- Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
- Hours: 08:30 – 17:30
- Breaks: 1-hour paid lunch every day (your wellbeing matters!)
- Saturdays: Rare, occasional mornings on rotation if required
💼 The Role – What You’ll Do
As a key part of our clinical team, you’ll support both clinicians and patients in delivering high-quality care. From chairside assistance to patient reassurance, your role is varied, rewarding, and central to the smooth running of the practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- 🪥 Providing chairside support across general and specialist dentistry (orthodontics, endodontics, crown & bridge, Invisalign, etc.)
- 🧼 Maintaining impeccable cross-infection control and decontamination standards (HTM 01-05 compliant)
- 🧾 Recording accurate clinical notes via Pearl+ dental software
- 🤝 Supporting patients through their treatment journey, from calming nervous patients to offering aftercare advice
- 📦 Ensuring surgeries are fully stocked, prepared, and well-organised
- 📞 Assisting with reception duties when required (booking appointments, answering queries, supporting front-of-house)

Essential:
- GDC-registered Dental Nurse (with up-to-date qualifications)
- Confident with chairside support & infection control
- Friendly, approachable, and reassuring with patients
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience using Pearl+ software
- Interest in specialist dentistry (ortho, endo, cosmetic, etc.)
- Flexible to occasionally cover Saturday mornings if needed
- Enthusiastic about further training and CPD
