A leading private cosmetic dental clinic on Harley Street is seeking an experienced and personable Treatment Advisor (TCO) to join their dynamic team. In this patient-facing role, you’ll be the dedicated point of contact throughout the treatment journey — from enquiry to post-procedure care — delivering exceptional service and driving treatment conversions with integrity and empathy.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for new and existing patients via phone, email, and in person
• Convert enquiries into consultations and effectively close treatment plans
• Attend dentist consultations and confidently communicate treatment options, timelines, and pricing
• Guide patients through procedures such as Composite Bonding, Veneers, Whitening, Aligners, and Implants
• Maintain accurate records using Dentally and HubSpot
• Ensure a high-end, seamless patient experience from start to finish
• Collaborate with clinical and admin teams to support workflow and compliance
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a patient-first approach

✅ Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years’ experience in a TCO or senior treatment advisory role within cosmetic dentistry or private healthcare
• Proven track record in high-value, consultative sales
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic dental procedures
• Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
• Confident using dental and CRM software
• Ethical, commercially minded, and passionate about patient care
