🗓️ Your Working Week – Structure and Balance
💼 Role Overview – What You’ll Be Doing
As a valued member of our clinical team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both patients and clinicians. This is a hands-on, people-focused role that involves clinical assistance, infection control, patient care, and a bit of everything in between. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and be an active team player.
Your responsibilities will include:
🪥 Chairside support during a variety of procedures – including general dentistry, specialist orthodontics, endodontics, crown and bridge work, and Invisalign treatments
🧼 Strict adherence to cross-infection control protocols and the decontamination of instruments in line with HTM 01-05
🧾 Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records using our dental software (Pearl+)
🤝 Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey – from greeting and calming nervous individuals to post-op advice and aftercare
📦 Ensuring surgeries are fully stocked, prepared, and equipped ahead of each session
📞 Occasionally assisting with reception duties – booking appointments, answering queries, and supporting the front-of-house team when required

- Days: Monday to Friday – 5 days a week
- Hours: 08:30 – 17:30
- Includes a 1-hour paid lunch break each day (because your wellbeing matters)
- Occasional Saturday mornings, on a rotational or as-needed basis – very rare

- Hourly rate: £13.00 – £14.00, dependent on experience and capability
- 1-hour paid lunch break daily (a rare and much-appreciated perk!)

- Previous experience with Pearl+ dental software
- Interest in specialist dentistry (ortho, endo, cosmetic, etc.)
- Flexibility to occasionally cover Saturday mornings or other shifts if needed
- Willingness to take on additional training and CPD
