You will join a thriving, multi-disciplinary team in a mixed dental practice, where private work is the predominant focus, and NHS involvement is limited to a small amount of children’s dentistry and emergency clinics. The surgery is modern, well-equipped, and fully digital, using SOE Exact dental software.
Our clinical offering is wide-ranging, and we’re particularly excited to hear from clinicians with experience or a special interest in areas such as implants, orthodontics, endodontics, and restorative dentistry. A portfolio of work would be ideal and warmly welcomed.

- Role: Associate Dental Surgeon
- Type: Permanent, part-time
- Days: Friday is essential; choose 2–3 other days (Monday–Thursday)
- Hours: 08:45 AM – 5:00 PM
- Start Date: As soon as you're available
- Weekends: Not required, but optional if you wish to extend hours or case mix
- Software: SOE Exact
- Split: 50% private earnings
- Additional Perks: Free car parking on-site, Denplan patient base
As an Associate Dental Surgeon in our team, your days will be varied and rewarding, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality, ethical care to a diverse patient base. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional general and specialist dental care, with access to patients seeking advanced treatment
- Building long-lasting patient relationships and tailoring treatment plans based on individual needs
- Maintaining high standards of clinical record-keeping and compliance
- Contributing to the practice culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence
- Utilising your specialist interests or training (e.g., in implants, endo, ortho, or restorative care) to expand treatment offerings
- Working with a skilled nursing and support team to ensure seamless patient journeys
✅ What We’re Looking For Essential Criteria:
- GDC registered Dental Surgeon
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong experience in general dentistry, with additional skills in implants, orthodontics, endodontics, or restorative treatments highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English – both written and spoken
- A warm, ethical, and patient-centered approach
- Willingness to be an active part of a team-oriented practice
- A postgraduate qualification or ongoing postgraduate study
- A portfolio of work showcasing your clinical strengths
- Any additional clinical specialism or interests – we welcome practitioners who can offer advanced treatments or wish to develop them
- Experience in a private or mixed setting
- 50% remuneration on private work
- GDC registration fees paid by the practice
