We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Associate Dentist to join our thriving private practice. With an established patient list, excellent earning potential, and a supportive team environment, this is a superb opportunity for a motivated clinician to truly thrive.
This role is ideal for a dentist with strong general skills and a genuine commitment to patient-centred care. You’ll enjoy clinical autonomy while benefiting from a collaborative, forward-thinking team and access to the latest technology and support systems.

🔍 What You'll Be Doing – Core Responsibilities:

As an Associate Dentist in the UK, your duties will include:
  • Providing high-quality general dentistry to private patients with a strong emphasis on prevention, function, and aesthetics.
  • Carrying out comprehensive oral health assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education.
  • Delivering a range of treatments, including:
    • Routine restorative procedures
    • Endodontic treatment (rotary endo available)
    • Cosmetic dentistry (composite bonding, whitening, veneers, etc.)
    • Implant restoration (placement if trained)
    • Clear aligner orthodontics (Invisalign)
  • Maintaining accurate, GDPR-compliant clinical records using SOE (Software of Excellence).
  • Managing patient expectations with honesty, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Complying with GDC standards, CQC regulations, and practice protocols at all times.
  • Participating in CPD and team development, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
💰 Remuneration & Benefits:
  • 45% gross income split
  • 50% split for earnings above £18,000/month
  • Existing private patient base with consistent demand
  • Flexible working hours with a minimum of 32 hours/week
  • Opportunity to increase to 37 hours/week with Wednesday mornings
  • Clinical freedom and supportive environment for developing your niche (cosmetic, Invisalign, implants, etc.)
  • Fully equipped surgery with modern tools and materials
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • GDC registered dentist with the right to work in the UK
  • 2+ years clinical experience in general dentistry (UK private experience preferred)
  • Comfortable working independently in a private, patient-led setting
  • Experience or interest in cosmetic procedures, Invisalign, and implants a bonus!
  • Completed composite bonding or aesthetic courses is also a bonus!
  • Friendly, approachable, and a great communicator
  • Passionate about delivering long-term care and building strong patient relationships
