Position Details:
- Role: Area Manager – Multi-Site
- Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: Primarily remote, with flexible site visits as needed
- Start Date: Flexible – we’re happy to wait for the right candidate!
- Type: Mixed NHS & Private
- Dentistry: General & Specialist services
- Software: Dentally (experience preferred, but not essential)
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards
- Support and mentor practice managers and teams
- Implement effective systems to drive performance, patient satisfaction, and team engagement
- Report to senior leadership on practice performance and areas for improvement
- Essential:
Proven management experience (multi-site experience a bonus)
Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and regulatory frameworks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable
Able to travel to sites as needed (typically once per month, but flexible) - Desirable:
Experience using Dentally software
Previous dental sector management experience
