Salary: £30,000 commission (with room to grow DOE)

About the Practice

We are a well-established, forward-thinking dental practice with 5 modern surgeries and an on-site car park, proudly serving our patients for over 15 years. We offer a broad range of treatments including general dentistry, implants, Invisalign, and cosmetic dentistry, and we’re now looking to actively grow our implant business.

To support this growth, we’re looking for a confident, commercially minded Treatment Coordinator (TCO) who thrives in a target-driven environment and loves guiding patients from consultation through to treatment acceptance.

Working Pattern
  • Days: Monday–Friday
  • Occasional weekends: 1–2 Saturdays per month (paid or time off in lieu)
  • Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Software: Dentally
The Role

As our Treatment Coordinator, you will play a key role in converting patient interest into completed treatment plans—particularly for private and implant cases. This is not a receptionist or clinical support role; we are looking for someone with proven sales experience who is comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and performance metrics.

You will work with both:
  • New leads generated through marketing, and
  • An existing book of patients, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion.
You’ll also support the team when there is an overflow of leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and converting new patient enquiries and marketing leads
  • Conducting and supporting consultations alongside clinicians
  • Explaining treatment options, costs, finance options, and benefits clearly
  • Providing end-to-end patient handholding, from first enquiry to treatment completion
  • Following up treatment plans to maximise case acceptance
  • Supporting growth of implant, Invisalign, and cosmetic treatments
  • Maintaining accurate records using Dentally
  • Working to agreed KPIs, targets, and conversion metrics
  • Collaborating closely with clinicians and management to drive practice growth
Essential Requirements
  • Strong sales background (consultative sales preferred)
  • Proven experience working to targets and KPIs
  • Demonstrated success converting consultations into treatments
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable managing both warm leads and existing patients
  • Organised, proactive, and patient-focused
Please note: this role is not suitable for candidates whose background is solely as a receptionist or dental nurse without sales responsibility.

Desirable
  • Previous experience as a TCO
  • Implant dentistry knowledge or experience
  • Background in private dental or medical sales environments
Why Join Us?
  • Competitive basic salary commission
  • Clear opportunity to grow earnings as the implant side of the practice expands
  • Established, supportive team in a long-standing practice
  • Key role with real influence on practice performance
  • Modern systems, strong marketing support, and a growing private offering
If you’re a results-driven, patient-focused sales professional who enjoys building trust and guiding patients through life-changing treatments, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply now and be part of an exciting growth phase within our practice.
