We are a welcoming, progressive mixed NHS and private dental practice with a strong focus on quality dentistry, patient relationships, and clinician development. Our practice delivers a wide range of treatments including general dentistry, implants, Invisalign, and cosmetic dentistry, and we take real pride in creating an environment where dentists feel supported, valued, and able to grow.

Unlike high-pressure corporate settings, this is a practice where teamwork, communication, and long-term relationships genuinely matter. We are particularly proud of our ability to mentor and support dentists in-house, making this an ideal role for someone who wants to develop their skills while maintaining a healthy NHS/private balance.

Working Pattern & Flexibility

• Monday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Tuesday: 8:00am – 8:00pm
• Thursday: 8:00am – 8:00pm
• Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Total Hours: 36 hours per week
• Minimum Commitment: 25 hours per week
• Flexible NHS and private split across working days

This structure allows for a varied diary, strong earning potential, and the chance to build both NHS and private patient bases simultaneously.

Remuneration

• £24 per UDA (gross)
• 50% private split
• Excellent opportunity to grow private income over time, supported by the practice and patient demand

The Role

We are looking for a reliable, personable, and patient-focused Associate Dentist who enjoys delivering high-quality dentistry and building trust with patients. You will be responsible for providing excellent general dentistry while having the opportunity to introduce and develop private treatments such as implants, Invisalign, and cosmetic dentistry.

This role suits a dentist who values communication, consistency, and professionalism—and who wants to be part of a practice where their contribution is recognised rather than feeling like just another number.

Essential Requirements

• GDC registered with the right to work in the UK
• A professional, reliable, and ethical approach to dentistry
• Friendly, approachable manner with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working within a mixed NHS and private environment

Desirable (But Not Essential)

• Interest in expanding skills beyond general dentistry
• Motivation to develop in areas such as implants, Invisalign, or cosmetic dentistry
• Dentists seeking mentorship, guidance, and long-term growth are strongly encouraged to apply
