We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Dental Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. If you have a passion for helping people feel welcome and enjoy working in a busy dental environment, this could be the perfect role for you. 🦷
📅 Hours & Schedule:
- Minimum 3 days per week, up to 5 days
- Standard hours: 08:30 – 17:30 ⏰
- From April: 1-2 late evenings per week (starting later)
- Flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients warmly and professionally, making them feel at ease 😊
- Managing appointments, phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries efficiently 📞💻
- Maintaining patient records and dental software (SOE experience is a plus) 🗂️
- Supporting the dental team and ensuring the front desk operates smoothly 👩⚕️👨⚕️
- Contributing to a calm, welcoming, and professional practice environment 🌟
- Experience in dental reception/front-of-house roles (essential)🦷
- SOE experience desirable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A professional, approachable, and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy dental practice
