We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed practice in a new patient–focused role, working Tuesday and Wednesday each week.

This position is designed for a clinician who enjoys building relationships, developing trust, and growing a private patient base over time, rather than working to traditional UDA-driven targets. ✨

There is a small NHS contract in place (Thursdays & Fridays), currently covered by other clinicians, allowing the focus of this role to remain on new patient intake and private conversion, with strong long-term earning potential.

📍 The Role:

• Position: Associate Dentist
• Employment Type: Permanent

• Working Days: Tuesday & Wednesday

⏰ Practice Hours (for context):

• Monday / Tuesday: 09:00 – 18:00
• Wednesday: 09:00 – 17:00
• Thursday: 09:00 – 19:00
• Friday: 09:00 – 16:30
• Optional Saturday clinic: 09:00 – 13:00

💷 Remuneration:

• £13 per UDA (used flexibly, not target-driven)
• 50% private split 💸
• 50/50 lab fees
• Uncapped private earning potential through new patient conversion

The NHS element is intentionally structured to support diary flow rather than create pressure, allowing time to focus on patient development and private treatment planning.

• General Dentistry

• Facial aesthetics (Botox)

• Managing a steady flow of new patients
• Building long-term patient trust and continuity of care
• Converting appropriate cases into private treatment plans over time
• Delivering ethical, high-quality dentistry with a patient-first approach
• Developing a sustainable and growing private patient base

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

• GDC-registered Dentist with NHS Performer Number
• Experienced in general dentistry
• Confident in managing and building a patient list from new enquiries
• Strong communication skills and a relationship-focused approach
• Patient, professional, and willing to allow time for organic list development
