A well-established private 3-surgery dental practice in Tunbridge Wells is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Dental Practice Manager to join their team.
The practice has been open for around 3 years and is looking for someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day management while bringing fresh ideas, initiative and a commercial mindset to help develop and grow the practice.
This could be an excellent opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager, or a strong, experienced Dental Nurse looking to take the next step into management.
The Role
They are looking for someone who doesn't simply manage the day-to-day operations, but someone who can identify opportunities, bring new ideas to the table and help increase patient numbers and practice activity.

The Ideal Candidate
Essential:
- Previous dental practice management experience, or
- An experienced and capable Dental Nurse ready to progress into a management position
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident managing people and day-to-day practice operations
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
- Commercially aware with an interest in practice growth and development
- Someone who is enthusiastic, ambitious and full of ideas
- Experience using Exact dental software
- Previous experience within a private dental practice
