£45,000–£50,000 basic salary, depending on experience, plus the opportunity to earn up to £6,000 per year through a KPI-based bonus.

As Clinic Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the practice operates effectively day to day while providing strong leadership and support to the wider team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Taking ownership of the daily operational management of the practice
Leading, motivating and supporting the wider team
Maintaining excellent standards of patient care and customer service
Supporting effective diary and practice management
Monitoring performance against agreed KPIs
Identifying opportunities to improve practice performance
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and staff development
Helping ensure appropriate compliance and governance standards are maintained
Working collaboratively with clinicians and support staff
Managing practice processes and improving operational efficiency
Creating and maintaining a positive, professional team culture
Supporting the practice in meeting its clinical, operational and commercial objectives
