Practice Manager — Fully Private Practice, Hampstead - Up to £45K
Are you an experienced Practice Manager looking to take the lead at a well-run, fully private dental practice? We're recruiting on behalf of a 3-surgery private practice in Hampstead, seeking a hands-on manager to keep the practice running smoothly and the team performing at its best.
The practice is full private an offers general as well as specialist care to patients (including implants and orthodontics)
What you'll be doing:
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the practice across 3 surgeries, with a dedicated receptionist/TCO supporting 2 of them. You'll manage the team, keep operations and compliance on track, and help drive a great patient experience from the moment they walk through the door.

What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Practice Manager, ideally within private dentistry
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Confidence managing compliance, rotas, and day-to-day operations
- A patient-first mindset and a genuine team player
- Up to £45K per annum
- Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00
- Hampstead-based, fully private 3-surgery practice
- Supportive team environment with dedicated reception/TCO cover
