Your salary will be reviewed following a successful probation period, with further pay reviews available based on good performance and your contribution to the practice.

You'll have the opportunity to support a varied range of dentistry, including:
General Dentistry
Periodontics
Endodontics
Invisalign
This provides excellent variety within the role and the opportunity to continue developing your experience across different areas of private dentistry.
🧩 Your Responsibilities
As a Dental Nurse, you'll primarily be responsible for:
Providing effective chairside support to clinicians
Preparing and maintaining surgeries
Assisting with general, periodontal, endodontic and Invisalign treatments
Maintaining high standards of infection prevention and surgery cleanliness
Supporting clinicians throughout patient appointments
Ensuring patients receive a professional and welcoming experience
Helping with the smooth running of the practice
There may also be occasions where you're asked to provide ad-hoc reception cover, supporting with basic front-of-house and patient-facing duties when required.
