🚨 What You'll Need
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- GDC Registered & Qualified Dental Nurse
- Minimum 3+ years' post-qualification experience
- Previous Lead or Head Dental Nurse experience
- Sedation qualification
- Implant Nursing qualification
- Strong clinical knowledge
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
⭐ Desirable
- 5+ years' post-qualification experience
- Orthodontic experience
- Previous experience within a private practice
You'll work across a varied range of private treatments, including:
- General Dentistry
- Cosmetic Dentistry
- Dental Implants
- Orthodontics
💙 Your Role
As Lead Nurse, you'll help ensure the clinical side of the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting the dental nursing team
- Providing high-quality chairside support
- Supporting implant, sedation and specialist treatments
- Mentoring and supporting other nurses
- Maintaining excellent infection control and clinical standards
- Supporting compliance procedures
- Ensuring surgeries are prepared and maintained correctly
- Working closely with clinicians and the wider practice team
- Helping maintain an excellent patient experience
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the nursing team
📍 The Opportunity
- Position: Lead Dental Nurse
- Location: Cricklewood
- Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
- Practice: Private
- Days: Monday–Saturday
- Hours: 8:45am–5:45pm
- Lunch: 1-hour lunch break
- Software: Dentally
- Salary: £17.00–£19.50 per hour DOE
- Start: ASAP
