🕒 Saturday Working
The practice operates Monday–Saturday.
You will be required to work every other Saturday, with a day off in lieu during the week.
Additional overtime worked will also be recognised with time off in lieu.

🚨 What You'll Need
- To be considered for this position, you must have:
- GDC Registered & Qualified Dental Nurse
- Minimum 5+ years' post-qualification experience
- Previous Lead or Head Dental Nurse experience
- Sedation qualification
- Implant Nursing qualification
- Strong clinical knowledge and confidence
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

You'll work across a varied range of private dentistry, including:
- General Dentistry
- Cosmetic Dentistry
- Dental Implants
- Orthodontics
💙 The Role
As Deputy Lead Nurse, you'll work closely with the senior team to support the smooth running of the clinical environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and leading the dental nursing team
- Providing high-quality chairside support
- Supporting implant, sedation and specialist treatments
- Mentoring and supporting other nurses
- Maintaining clinical and infection control standards
- Supporting compliance and practice standards
- Helping ensure surgeries and equipment are maintained correctly
- Working closely with clinicians and the wider practice team
- Supporting the Lead Nurse with the day-to-day running of the practice
📍 The Opportunity
- Position: Deputy Lead Dental Nurse
- Location: Barnet
- Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
- Practice: Private
- Days: Monday–Saturday
- Hours: 8:45am–5:45pm
- Lunch: 1-hour unpaid lunch break
- Software: Dentally
- Start: ASAP
- Salary: Discussed depending on experience
