- Provide high-level chairside clinical support across advanced cosmetic treatments, porcelain veneers, composite bonding, and smile makeovers.
- Support occasional TCO duties, including introductory patient chats, digital intraoral scanning (iTero), and presenting cosmetic treatment options.
- Maintain immaculate cross-infection control standards and paperless digital compliance records.
- Ensure a luxury, five-star experience for all private patients throughout their smile journey.
- Hours: Full-time position.
- Flexibility: The clinic operates 7 days per week. Candidates must be flexible to work a rotational rota covering early, late, and weekend shifts (team members do not work all opening hours).
- Typical Shift Times:
- Day/Early: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Late: 12:00pm – 9:00pm
- Sunday: 11:30am – 6:30pm
- Weekend Schedule: Guaranteed 1 full weekend off per month, plus at least 1 weekend day off most weeks.
- Qualification: Valid GDC Registration as a Dental Nurse.
- Availability: Full-time availability with flexibility across 7-day shift patterns (mornings, evenings, and weekends).
- Experience: Previous clinical experience within a UK dental practice (experience in high-end cosmetic dentistry or TCO tasks is advantageous, but full support is provided).
- Skills: High digital literacy, excellent communication, and a passion for cosmetic smile transformations.
