About the Practice
A busy, fully private practice offering a wide range of treatments, including:
- General Dentistry
- Dental Implants
- Endodontics
- Hygiene Therapy
- Orthodontics & Invisalign
- Periodontics
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the practice
- Provide clear leadership and direction to the clinical and administrative teams
- Optimise diaries to ensure productivity and high-quality patient care
- Monitor and drive cost-efficiency across all practice functions
- Support business development goals and practice growth initiatives
- Oversee full compliance with CQC and regulatory standards
- Handle HR responsibilities including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Maintain exceptional patient service standards and resolve concerns promptly
- Ensure health & safety, infection control, and cleanliness standards are upheld
- Work closely with clinicians and senior management to meet practice objectives
- Proven experience managing a dental practice or similar healthcare setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
- Confident decision-maker with excellent problem-solving ability
- Highly organised, proactive, and efficient in managing tasks and priorities
- Experience with diary management and cost-effective practice operations
- Hands-on, adaptable approach
- Salary: £38,000–£45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Monday to Friday only (42 hours per week, 08:30–17:30)
- No weekends
