🦷 What You’ll Be Doing

Your role will be varied, rewarding, and people-focused, with responsibilities including:

• Supporting clinicians during a wide range of dental treatments and procedures
• Ensuring patients feel at ease, well cared for, and fully informed throughout their visit
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cross-infection control, and equipment sterilisation (in line with CQC and HTM 01-05 guidelines)
• Accurately updating patient records and assisting with clinical notes
• Preparing the surgery before appointments to ensure it is clean, stocked, and running smoothly
• Working as part of a close-knit team that supports and uplifts each other
• Communicating clearly and professionally with patients, clinicians, and reception staff to ensure a seamless patient journey
