We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused Private Dental Associate to join a highly regarded, well-established private dental practice in York on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for a clinician who values long-term patient relationships, high clinical standards, and working within a practice that genuinely supports its clinicians.

Initially available 2 days per week, the position offers flexibility, security, and clear scope to grow your diary within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

🗓 Working Pattern & Flexibility

• Preferred days: Wednesday and Friday
• Additional day available: Monday (if desired)
• Hours:
  
  • 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Friday finish at 4:30pm
• Start date: ASAP

🦷 Clinical Scope & Development The role focuses on general private dentistry, with excellent opportunities to broaden your clinical exposure and develop special interests, including:

• Oral Surgery
• Endodontics
• Referral-based experience in Implants and Orthodontics

You’ll be supported to work at a pace that prioritises quality care, effective communication, and trust-based patient relationships — the foundation of successful private dentistry.

💰 Remuneration

• 45% private split
• Open and transparent discussion around expected earnings at interview
• Denplan patients available
