🔑 Essential

To be considered for this position, you'll need:

• Previous Dental TCO experience within a private practice
• Extensive knowledge of dental implants and orthodontics
• Confident and enthusiastic personality
• Strong sales and commercial mindset
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Strong focus on the patient journey
• Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed KPIs

🦷 The Dentistry

The practice offers a varied range of private dentistry, including:

• General Dentistry
• Cosmetic Dentistry
• Orthodontics
• Dental Implants

You'll be supporting patients throughout their treatment journey, with a particular focus on high-value implant and orthodontic treatment.

💼 Your Role

You'll be responsible for:

• Conducting treatment consultations
• Discussing and presenting treatment plans
• Building strong patient relationships
• Supporting patients considering high-value treatment
• Following up with prospective patients
• Driving treatment conversion and case acceptance
• Working towards and exceeding KPIs
• Supporting the wider patient journey
• Helping maximise treatment opportunities within the practice

📍 The Opportunity

• Position: Treatment Coordinator
• Location: Kensington, London
• Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
• Practice: Private
• Days: Monday–Saturday, with alternate Saturdays
• Hours: 8:45am–5:45pm
• Saturday: Day off in lieu when a Saturday is worked
• Software: Dentally
• Salary: £35,000 basic + excellent commission structure
• Start: ASAP

⭐ Desirable

It would be advantageous to have:

• GDC registration
• Previous Dental Nursing experience
• 5+ years' experience as a TCO within private practice
• Previous experience within a high-value private dental environment
