🔑 Essential

To be considered for this position, you'll need:

• Previous Dental TCO experience within a private practice
• Extensive knowledge of dental implants and orthodontics
• Confident and enthusiastic personality
• Strong sales and commercial mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Patient-focused approach with a strong understanding of the patient journey
• Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed KPIs
• Confident discussing treatment options and high-value dentistry with patients

🦷 The Dentistry

You'll be working across a varied private treatment offering, including:

• General Dentistry
• Cosmetic Dentistry
• Orthodontics
• Dental Implants

The role will involve supporting patients throughout their treatment journey, from initial consultations through to treatment acceptance and ongoing follow-up.

💼 Your Role

You'll play an important role in helping patients understand their treatment options while supporting the commercial growth of the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting treatment consultations
• Discussing and presenting treatment plans
• Supporting patients considering high-value implant and orthodontic treatment
• Building strong patient relationships
• Following up with prospective patients
• Driving treatment conversion and case acceptance
• Working towards and exceeding KPIs
• Supporting the wider team and patient journey
• Helping maximise treatment opportunities within the practice

📍 The Opportunity

• Position: Treatment Coordinator
• Location: Cricklewood, London
• Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
• Practice: Private
• Days: Monday–Saturday, with alternate Saturdays
• Hours: 8:45am–5:45pm
• Saturday: Day off in lieu when a Saturday is worked
• Software: Dentally
• Salary: £35,000 basic + excellent commission structure
• Start: ASAP

⭐ Desirable

It would be advantageous to have:

• GDC registration
• Previous Dental Nursing experience
• 5+ years' experience as a TCO within private practice
• Strong knowledge of Dentally
• Previous experience within a high-value private dental environment
