We are a well-established, fully private practice offering a full range of services including General Dentistry, Orthodontics, Implants, Endodontics and more. We’re now looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our fantastic team and play a central role in supporting our patients through their dental journeys.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Proven Treatment Coordinator experience in a private dental setting
✅ Hands-on knowledge of Orthodontic and Implant treatments – essential
✅ Strong communication skills with excellent spoken and written English
✅ Comfortable using dental software (experience with Dentally is a plus)
✅ Organised, proactive, and confident presenting treatment plans and financials
✅ Bonus: Competent in Excel or keen to learn and track key metrics
