Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £35,000 + Bonus
Hours: Monday–Friday + occasional Saturdays on a rota

We’re a high-end, fully private dental group offering everything from general dentistry to specialist treatments including Orthodontics, Implants, Endodontics and more. We're now looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our warm and welcoming team, providing exceptional care and guidance to our patients across our two branches (easily commutable).
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Previous Treatment Coordinator experience in a private dental setting
✅ Strong knowledge of specialist treatments – Orthodontics and Implants are essential
✅ Excellent written and spoken English
✅ Tech-savvy with a working knowledge of practice systems (Dentally and/or Excel know-how is a bonus!)
✅ A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and brilliant patient communication skills

- Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
- Liaising with dentists and specialists to provide seamless treatment plans
- Presenting treatment options confidently and answering patient queries
- Managing schedules and follow-ups using Dentally software
- Occasionally supporting across sites during staff absence/illness
