About Us:
Our practice is a well-established, mixed dental clinic offering a comprehensive range of services—from general dentistry to advanced specialist treatments including Orthodontics, Implants, Endodontics, Periodontics, Facial Aesthetics, and Invisalign. The Role:
This is a split role combining clinical dental nursing duties with front-of-house responsibilities. Your week will be varied and engaging, providing the opportunity to apply your clinical skills while also welcoming and supporting patients at reception.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Dental Nurse Duties:

• Provide chair-side assistance during a wide range of dental procedures (including advanced implantology and specialist treatments).
• Maintain high standards of infection control and sterilisation procedures.
• Prepare surgeries ahead of procedures and ensure efficient turnaround between patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support the clinical team with administrative duties where necessary.

Reception Duties:

• Greet patients warmly, manage bookings, and coordinate the appointment diary using SOE software.
• Handle patient enquiries, provide clear and compassionate communication both in person and over the phone.
• Manage patient records, payments, and ensure confidentiality is upheld at all times.
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the practice and act as a reliable point of contact for patients.

Working Hours & Schedule:

• Part-time, 25–30 hours per week
• 2 to 3 weekdays plus 2-3 Saturdays per month (9am–2pm)
• Standard weekday hours: 08:30 – 17:30

What We’re Looking For:

• GDC registered Dental Nurse (essential)
• Confident communicator with excellent spoken and written English
• A friendly, approachable manner and a genuine passion for patient care
• Comfortable using SOE dental software (desirable, but training provided if needed)
• Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy practice
