This role would suit someone with strong communication skills, a confident and organised approach, and the ability to help maintain excellent standards across reception, patient experience and practice administration.
With a varied range of general, cosmetic and preventative dentistry, alongside implants, endodontics and Invisalign, this is an opportunity to join a practice offering a broad range of treatments.
🔑 Essential
To be considered for this position, you'll need:
• GDC registration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional, friendly and patient-focused approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence supporting patients and helping reception run efficiently
⭐ Desirable
• Experience using Dentally
• Strong IT skills
• Experience managing or supporting dental compliance
• Previous senior reception or team leadership experience
💼 Your Role
You'll play an important role in ensuring the reception team runs smoothly and patients receive an excellent experience from their first point of contact.
Responsibilities may include:
• Supporting the day-to-day running of reception
• Welcoming patients and managing enquiries
• Coordinating appointments and supporting diary management
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Supporting compliance and administrative processes
• Communicating effectively with clinicians and the wider team
• Helping maintain high standards of patient service

The practice offers a varied range of treatments, including:
• General Dentistry
• Preventative Dentistry
• Cosmetic and Corrective Dentistry
• Dental Implants
• Endodontics
• Invisalign
The practice operates primarily on a private basis, with a very small NHS contract.
