- A minimum of five years' post-qualification experience, ideally with 10+ years.
- Confidence across a broad range of general dentistry.
- Experience working in private practice.
- A particular interest or strength in cosmetic and restorative dentistry.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
- An interest in developing long-term patient relationships and growing a private patient base.
