🔑 Essential
To be considered for this position, you'll need:
• Previous Practice Manager experience within a private dental practice
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Confidence overseeing day-to-day practice operations
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• A proactive approach to maintaining clinical and operational standards
• A patient-focused approach and commitment to excellent service
⭐ Desirable
• Knowledge of Dentally practice management software
• Experience within a private practice offering implants, orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry
💼 Your Role
You'll be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the practice and helping the team maintain high standards across both patient care and daily operations.
Responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing day-to-day practice operations
• Supporting and managing the wider practice team
• Maintaining an excellent patient experience
• Supporting compliance and operational standards
• Working alongside clinicians to ensure the practice runs efficiently
• Helping maintain an organised and professional working environment
• Supporting team development and training

• General Dentistry
• Cosmetic Dentistry
• Orthodontics
• Dental Implants

• Position: Practice Manager
• Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
• Practice Type: Private
• Working Days: Monday–Friday, with alternate Saturdays
• Hours: 8:45am–5:45pm
• Saturday Working: Day off in lieu when a Saturday is worked
• Software: Dentally
• Salary: To be discussed, depending on experience
• Start Date: Mid-September
