Dental Recruit Network is working closely with a long-established private dental practice in the heart of Gloucester city centre to recruit a Dental Nurse to join its friendly and professional team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Dental Nurse looking to work in a well-established private practice offering a varied range of treatments, including restorative dentistry, dental implants, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry and endodontics.
With a four-day working week, a half-day finish on Fridays and a commitment to staff wellbeing and professional development, this role offers an attractive opportunity for a Dental Nurse seeking a rewarding position within private dentistry.
THE ROLE
As a Dental Nurse, you will support the clinical team in delivering high-quality dental care while helping to ensure patients feel comfortable, informed and well looked after throughout their visits.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing efficient chairside assistance during a range of dental procedures.
- Supporting clinicians delivering restorative, cosmetic and specialist treatments.
- Preparing surgeries, instruments and materials in line with clinical requirements.
- Maintaining high standards of cross-infection control, decontamination and clinical safety.
- Helping to create a welcoming, professional and reassuring patient experience.
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to support the smooth running of the practice.
- Four-day working week: Enjoy a consistent working pattern from Tuesday to Friday.
- Early Friday finish: Finish at 1.00 pm every Friday.
- GDC registration paid: Annual registration fees covered by the practice.

The position offers 30.5 hours per week across four days:
- Tuesday: 8.00 am – 5.30 pm
- Wednesday: 8.00 am – 5.30 pm
- Thursday: 8.00 am – 5.30 pm
- Friday: 8.00 am – 1.00 pm
