Location: Wiltshire / Hampshire Border (Salisbury Plain region)
Pay & Package:
- UDA Rate: £15.00 per UDA
- UDA Allocation: 5,000 UDAs (Achievable target with strong existing patient demand)
- Private Revenue: 50% split
- Lab Fees: 50% split
- OTE Earnings: £85,000 – £110,000+ per annum (base UDA + private upside)

- Full Dedicated Support: Work alongside qualified, experienced dental nurses and welcoming reception staff who ensure your day runs smoothly.
- Commuter Friendly: Free, dedicated on-site staff car park directly outside the clinic.
- Competitive £15.00/UDA rate with a manageable 5,000 UDA contract.
- 50/50 Private & Lab Fee Split with immediate access to a high-converting private patient base.
- Flexible Working: Standard full-time schedule (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm) with open flexibility to consider part-time options for the right candidate.
