The practice offers a varied range of treatments, including general dentistry, specialist orthodontics, implants and cosmetic dentistry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care and creating a warm, professional first impression.
✨ The Role
🌟 Lead the front-of-house experience, ensuring every patient receives a warm and professional welcome.
📞 Manage patient enquiries, appointments and reception duties efficiently.
🦷 Support the smooth day-to-day running of the practice reception.
💬 Communicate confidently and eloquently with patients, clinicians and colleagues.
💻 Use dental practice software to support appointments and administrative processes.
🤝 Help maintain a welcoming, organised and professional practice environment.
🔑 Essential Requirements
🦷 Minimum 2 years' experience as a dental receptionist within a private dental practice.
✨ Previous front-of-house experience.
💬 Excellent spoken and written English, with confident and articulate communication skills.
🌟 A professional, polished appearance and positive demeanour.
😊 A friendly, organised and patient-focused approach.
⭐ Desirable Experience
🩺 Previous dental nursing knowledge or experience.
💻 Experience using Dentally practice management software.
💷 Salary & Working Hours
💰 Salary: £15–£16 per hour, depending on experience.
📅 Contract: Permanent.
🗓️ Working days: Monday–Saturday, with alternate Saturdays.
🔄 A weekday off in lieu is provided when a Saturday is worked.
⏰ Hours: 8:45am–5:45pm, including a one-hour lunch break.
🏥 Practice type: Private.
🦷 Treatments: General dentistry, specialist orthodontics, implants and cosmetic dentistry.
💻 Dental software: Dentally.
📍 Location: Bexleyheath.
