The Role
- Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service
- Managing appointments, bookings and the practice diary
- Answering telephone calls and responding to patient enquiries
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the reception
- Using the Dentally practice management system
- Previous dental reception experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Dentally would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A friendly, professional and approachable manner
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am–5:30pm
- Friday: 8:00am–4:30pm
- Full-time or part-time options available, with part-time working over four days per week
- Salary starting from £12.71 per hour
