This varied role combines clinical dental nursing with front-of-house responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys providing outstanding patient care and supporting the smooth running of a practice.
✨ The Role
🦷 Provide clinical support to the dentist and wider dental team.
🌟 Welcome patients and deliver a friendly, professional front-of-house experience.
📞 Manage patient enquiries, appointments and reception administration.
💻 Use dental practice software and general IT systems to support daily operations.
😊 Help patients feel comfortable while maintaining a professional and efficient environment.
🤝 Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent patient care and service.
🔑 Essential Requirements
🎓 Recognised Dental Nursing qualification, including a National Certificate, NVQ or Diploma in Dental Nursing.
🦷 Valid GDC registration and up-to-date CPD.
📚 Five GCSEs.
💼 Experience working as a Dental Nurse, with at least one year of dental nursing experience preferred.
💬 Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
💻 Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
✍️ Good command of written and spoken English.
🌟 A professional, positive attitude with strong teamwork skills.
😊 The ability to reassure patients while maintaining an organised and efficient working environment.
📋 References are essential.
⭐ Desirable Experience
💻 Previous experience using Dentally dental software.
🩻 Enhanced radiology skills.
📸 Experience with intraoral scanning.
📱 Social media marketing experience.
🦷 Oral Hygiene Instruction (OHI) experience.

💰 Salary: £15 per hour.
