- Maintain stock and ensure smooth workflow using SOE software
- Promote a positive, patient-focused practice culture
- Proven experience in dental practice management
- Strong leadership, HR, and communication skills
- Familiarity with SOE and I-comply is an advantage
- Proactive, organised, and dedicated to maintaining high standards
- Enjoys working independently and contributing to a successful team
- Hours: 15 to 30 hours per week (21 hours ideally)
