This is a varied and hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys being involved in both clinical and administrative sides of dental care. You’ll be:
- Assisting chairside during a full range of dental treatments, including general procedures and implant cases
- Supporting surgical procedures with precision and professionalism — including preparing instruments, scrubbing in, and managing post-op patient care
- Ensuring all decontamination and infection control protocols are rigorously followed, maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant environment at all times
- Creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere for patients, putting them at ease and guiding them through their visit with care and clarity
- Managing essential admin tasks such as patient records, appointment bookings, and liaising with the front desk team when needed
- Playing a proactive role in the day-to-day running of the practice — ready to jump in, help out, and contribute wherever needed
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a Dental Nurse who is confident, capable, and eager to make a positive impact — someone who brings both skill and enthusiasm to their role. To be successful, you’ll need to have:
- GDC registration with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience
- Previous experience in dental reception duties (this is essential — we need someone comfortable supporting the front desk when required)
- A strong command of English, both spoken and written
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in all areas of practice life
- A genuine interest in surgical procedures and implant dentistry is highly desirable — if you have experience scrubbing in for surgery, that’s a real bonus
- A collaborative mindset and an eagerness to continue learning and developing your skills
