An excellent opportunity is available for an Associate Dentist to join a modern seven-surgery dental practice, working one day per week on Fridays. 💷 Remuneration

• £15 per UDA
• 50% private revenue split
• 50% laboratory fee split

The practice offers a mixed patient base, with an approximate 40% NHS / 60% private split, providing exposure to both NHS and private dentistry.

🏥 About the Practice

You'll be joining a modern, up-to-date seven-surgery practice with an established clinical team and a broad range of treatments available.

The practice has both a large NHS patient list and a substantial private patient list available to be taken on, offering an excellent foundation for an incoming Associate Dentist.

With a varied clinical environment and support for special interests, this role provides an opportunity to develop your clinical experience while building continuity with patients.

🦷 Clinical Exposure

The practice provides a broad range of treatments, including:

• General dentistry
• Specialist orthodontics
• Dental implants
• Endodontics

The team is keen to support clinicians with additional interests and skills, allowing the successful candidate to develop their clinical offering over time.

🧩 Your Responsibilities

As an Associate Dentist, you'll:

• Provide high-quality general dental care to NHS and private patients.
• Assess, diagnose and treatment plan in line with patient needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical records using SOE software.
• Communicate clearly with patients and ensure they understand their treatment options.
• Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team.
• Support the practice's commitment to excellent patient care and clinical standards.
• Develop your patient book and, where appropriate, support your clinical interests.

Essential:

• GDC registration.
• A valid NHS Performer Number.
• Confidence in delivering general dentistry.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.
• A reliable, professional and patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively within an established team.
