An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Dentist to join a modern, well-equipped mixed NHS and private dental practice in Stoke-on-Trent.
This role would suit a dentist looking to develop their private dentistry skills, benefit from a supportive clinical team and enjoy excellent earning potential, alongside a flexible UDA commitment.

The Opportunity

• Competitive UDA rate, negotiable based on experience.
• Flexible UDA target of up to 4,500 UDAs.
• 50% private remuneration with excellent earning potential.
• Potential to generate over £36,000 per year in private earnings, even at entry level.
• Available days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
• Working hours: 9:00 am–5:00 pm.
• Permanent, part-time position.
• Den plan available.

Clinical Development & SupportYou will be joining an established practice with a strong patient base and a collaborative team committed to delivering high standards of patient care.

The PracticeBased close to Stoke-on-Trent town centre, the practice is a spacious, recently refurbished environment offering a combination of NHS and private dentistry.
Facilities and equipment include:

• Modern, fully equipped and computerised surgeries.
• Digital X-rays.
• Dentally practice management software, including a patient portal, online booking and payment facilities.
• Rotary endodontic equipment and apex locators for both NHS and private treatments.
• Airflow technology.
• Air-conditioned and ventilated surgeries.
• High-quality clinical materials and regularly serviced equipment.
• A dedicated hygienist surgery, with an experienced hygienist working closely with the dentists two days per week.
• Access to treatments including composite bonding, implants and Invisalign.

The practice also benefits from a dedicated staff room with kitchen facilities and lockers, a strong team culture and an established management structure to ensure day-to-day issues are dealt with efficiently.
