Dental Recruit Network is working with a leading private practice in Harborne to recruit a Treatment Coordinator. The practice specialises in clear aligners and mouth rejuvenation.
This is a key, patient-facing role, and you'll have your own office. You'll guide patients from their first enquiry to the final result, and take the lead on the practice's reviews, testimonials and awards.

This is a key, patient-facing role, and you'll have your own office. You'll guide patients from their first enquiry to the final result, and take the lead on the practice's reviews, testimonials and awards.
The role
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday a month
- Own the patient journey from consultation to treatment and aftercare
- Present treatment plans and help patients feel confident about going ahead
- Film patient videos and testimonials
- Manage and grow the practice's Google reviews
- Run the practice's awards entries
- Use the intraoral scanner (if GDC-registered)

- Postgraduate courses funded

- Experience as a Treatment Coordinator, or in a patient-facing dental role such as a Dental Nurse looking to take the next step
- GDC registration is ideal for scanner use, but not essential
- Confident, warm and persuasive, with excellent communication skills
- Organised, target-driven and comfortable working towards goals
- Keen on patient care, and happy in front of a camera or behind one
