Location: London Office / Home base

Job Title: Bookings Administrator
Contract: Permanent, 3 months' probation
Days: Monday - Sunday, weekends required on rotation
Hours: 08:30 to 18:00 / 07:00-16:30 (Flexible)

Location: London Office, Working from home as an option after 3 months' probation period
Out of hour's phone calls to be taken over evenings and weekends
Reports To: Tempories - Divisional Manager
Job Purpose: To create work opportunities for both Client and Candidates.
Salary: £23000 - £25000 p.a ++ commissions

Job Purpose

• Assisting Recruitment Consultants to develop new business using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies;
• Offering advice and consultancy to candidates
• Building and growing relationships with existing clients;
• Working towards targets that relate to the number of shifts, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated

Key Result Areas

Service Standards
• Assisting Recruitment Consultants to ensure all bookings are filled in a timely manner and before close of business
• To ensure all service standards are met
• To maintain regular contact with candidates and clients, build lasting relationships and keeping them fully informed
• To communicate temp rules clearly to both candidates and clients in a friendly positive manner
• To work closely with compliance ensuring Candidates meet compliance requirements and ensure candidates are compliant before start date
• To ensure candidates are retained through various methods such as engagement, recognition, and thank yous
• To ensure phone calls are answered promptly and are dealt with in a positive manner
• To ensure incoming emails and acknowledged immediately and actioned
• To take initiative and solve placement problems
• To ensure candidates' availability is accurately recorded and candidates kept informed

Candidate Sourcing:
• Ensure jobs are posted in a timely manner
• Search external and internal databases
• Headhunting and networking
• Referrals
Experience / Qualifications / Knowledge:

• Excellent communication and rapport building skills
