My lovely client based in Harley Street is a fully private practice looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist who aspires to step into the role of Practice Manager, or an existing Practice Manager with relevant experience, to join their well-established specialist practice.
What we are looking for!
- Position: Dental Receptionist to become Practice Manager
- Employment Term: Perm - FT
- Type: Private
- Days:Mon-Fri (lunch hour is paid)
- Hours:Mon-Thurs: 9-5:30pm
- Fri: 9-5pm
- Dental Software:Exact
- Dentistry: General / Specialist
- Salary: £16ph + (salary based on experience/qualifications)
- Desirable:Nursing experience
- Start date: ASAP
Duties will mainly be reception and administrative support 5 days per week.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Private Practice as a Senior Receptionist or Practice Manager. Training will be provided.
- The ideal candidate should possess a happy, bubbly disposition, be presentable, flexible, positive, hardworking, and have a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
- A team player with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must exhibit a keen attitude towards learning, have a long-term commitment, and always maintain a positive demeanor.
